FlicFlac is a free portable audio converter for Windows. Its support is not comprehensive, supports several popular music formats including mp3, wav, ape, flac and ogg, however is a cropper when its comes to audio formats like aac.
To convert audio files drag and drop them into the drop area in the application window or click on the area to open a file browser.
