BlueStacks is essentially a self-contained virtual machine that runs Android apps on your Windows 7 computer. Why would anyone want to do this? Currently, BlueStacks only runs on Windows 7, hhey seem to be working on a version for Windows XP and Vista as well as Mac OS X.
